Our search engagements are conducted within strict policy

guidelines concerning ethical practices, discretion and quality

assurance.  These policies include, among others:

maintaining confidentiality about doing the search as well as

what we learn from the client during the engagement; honoring

off-limit agreements with the client; conducting thorough

due diligence investigations of final candidates; and showing

discretion in handling the candidates’ interest in the opportunity.
